Trust Deed Investing

Individual trust deeds are available for purchase as both single beneficiary and multiple beneficiary loans. We generally have a waiting list of investors that want to partner with us in our trust deed investments, so please let us know if you would like to join the list, and we will contact you as opportunities arise.

We generally invest our own money in every loan. We perform extensive due diligence on every loan we originate and advocate for investment.
